Support Chaplaincy at Good Samaritan
Your generosity brings comfort, connection, and belonging to our residents.
At Good Samaritan, spiritual care is at the heart of person‑centred care. Over the years, donors like you have helped sustain our Chaplaincy program—an essential service that brings meaning, comfort, and connection to residents across all our care homes.
The words “Love your neighbour as yourself” from Mark 12:31) beautifully reflect why this matters.
How Chaplaincy Makes a Difference
When someone moves into a Good Samaritan home, we take time to understand what brings them peace, joy, and spiritual connection. Our Chaplains then walk alongside residents and families through every chapter of life.
With your support, Chaplains provide:
- Spiritual and cultural programs that reflect residents’ beliefs and traditions.
- Opportunities to worship, sing, pray, and build community.
- One‑on‑one support through conversation, music, prayer, and spiritual practices.
- Compassionate presence during palliative care, grief, life transitions, and dementia journeys.
- A sense of Being and Belonging in every person, in every home.
Your donation helps ensure this care is available to everyone who needs it.
Our 2026 Goal: $10,000
We are raising $10,000 this year to continue offering Chaplaincy services in all Good Samaritan care homes.
Your gift—no matter the size—helps bring comfort, hope, and community to those we serve.
