Join us for a day of golf, friendship, and philanthropy at our Annual Spirit of Caring Golf Classics in Lethbridge and Edmonton! This premier charity golf tournament supports Good Samaritan care homes in Alberta, helping us provide exceptional care and comfort to nearly 1,800 residents.
Why golf with us?
Since 1992, the Edmonton community has supported our Spirit of Caring Golf tournatments and raised an incredible $2.7 million for the residents of Good Samaritan in Alberta.
Your participation in our tournament will enable us provide comfort and enhanced care for everyone who walks through our doors, with new care home development, funding for critical equipment and vital programs to improve residents’ quality of life.
Every swing, sponsorship and donation helps Good Samaritan in our mission of extending Christian Hospitality to people and communities in need.
How to get involved
BECOME A SPONSOR
By sponsoring, you can promote your business at the tournament and receive complimentary golf registration for up to eight golfers, depending on your level of investment.
2026 sponsorship rates are still being set, please contact us directly as donate@gss.org.
REGISTER AS A GOLFER
The fee is $225 per golfer (or $850 for a team) and includes a round at The Quarry, cart rental, breakfast, and a sumptuous awards banquet.
Registration will open in 2026, if you’d like to hold your spot, you can email us at donate@gss.org.
Every golfer or team registered before May 1, gets a chance to win an extra $500!

We would love to showcase local businesses, venues, events, products, and services in our prize and silent auction pool.
Most in-kind and monetary donations for this tournament would be eligible for an official tax receipt.

Both tournaments start at 7:30 a.m. with a complimentary breakfast buffet in the clubhouse, and tee-off is at 8:30 a.m. SHARP. We should finish the 18 holes by 1:30 p.m. with our fantastic awards banquet.
