Pay Transparency in B.C.
We are committed to fostering a workplace where compensation practices are fair, equitable, and transparent, and where every employee feels valued, respected, and supported to reach their full potential.
In May 2023, the Province of British Columbia passed the Pay Transparency Act, supporting greater equity and fairness in workplaces across the province. Under this legislation, Good Samaritan Canada is required to report annually on pay transparency in alignment with the Act. This legislation promotes fairness, supports informed decision-making for job seekers, and encourages equitable pay practices across workplaces in the province.
